New aftermarket thermostat  4-bolt top plate with new gaskets and new cap.
 
4-bolt fitment as shown (late 67-70 R16 only) and Powder coated  too!
 
These plates use a readily available (any parts store) miniature radiator cap rather than the more expensive oem style cap.
 
A nice, economical replacement.  All new!
